Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Glow Goals! We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how you can return it.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • ⏳ Timeframe:
    You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, and send the item back within 14 days after we approve your request.

  • 🛍 Where You Purchased:
    We only accept returns for items bought directly from our website: www.glowgoals.co.uk.

  • 📦 Item Condition:
    Items must be:

    • Unopened and unused

    • In original packaging with any hygiene seals intact

    • Free from damage or signs of use

    ❌ Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be refunded and will not be returned to you.


🎁 Promotional & Non-Returnable Items

  • If your order included a free gift or promotional item, it must also be returned if your return brings the total below the required minimum spend.
    (Example: If your return drops the total below £50, and the promotion was "Spend £50, get a free gift", the gift must also be returned.)

  • The following items cannot be returned:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Items marked “final sale”


📬 How to Request a Return

  1. Go to our Contact Page
    Fill out the form with:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return (e.g., “Refund request”) at the start of your message

  2. Wait for approval
    We’ll respond with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Send the item back

    • Use a tracked delivery service

    • Clearly include your order number inside or on the package

    • You must ship the return within 14 days of our approval

📦 Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


💳 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank).

  • Items that don’t meet return requirements will not be refunded or returned.

  • If your original order had free shipping and your return drops the value below the free shipping minimum, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days using our Contact Page.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
🚫 Please note: Minor damage to outer packaging (like creases) does not qualify for a refund.


🚚 Delivery & Address Issues

  • Incorrect Address: If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost.

  • Uncollected or Rejected Packages: If a parcel is returned because it was uncollected or rejected at delivery, we’ll also deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

  • International Customs: If you refuse to pay import duties or taxes and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse future orders from customers with a high return frequency.
